With another year coming to a close, it’s time we got into the holiday spirit Matchbox style. We kicked off the festivities with a little tree trimming and decorating. This year our tree was flocked in Matchbox fluorescent pink.
For our holiday party, we took our usual Matchbox shenanigans to Morgan’s dad’s beautiful home in University Park. Thanks, Tom! We had a great time! Don’t think we did too much damage…
Sean and Cosme got cozy by the fire in their Christmas sweaters.
Now for a couple of couple pics…
Delicious eats were catered by the Easy Sliders food truck – a fan favorite with the Matchbox crew.
Living room dance party led by the ladies of Matchbox.
Meanwhile, Jeff threw a little dance party of his own.
Cornhole tournament got underway out on the lawn.
Bobbie spectated by the bonfire.
Beware the mustachioed men of Matchbox.
Jeff took his dance party outside. Zach wants nothing to do with it.
At the end of the night, Hannah showed everyone up by putting on a Texas two-step clinic.
The next morning everyone took part in the annual White Elephant gift exchange.
Jared opened the most coveted gift of the year – a taxidermy squirrel Elvis. It was promptly stolen by Cosme, then again by Morgan.
Then it was time for Sara’s eggnog blind taste test. She tried to convince everyone that organic or lactose-free eggnog was better than the original.
The test showed surprising results. Everyone liked the lactose-free, but the good-old-fashioned nog was still the front runner.
We had a great year here at The Matchbox Studio. Thanks to all of our wonderful clients, vendors and friends that made it so. Best wishes and cheers to the New Year! See you in 2015!
