Project

Anyone who’s experienced it knows: the Dallas Marathon is so much more than a race. It’s a three-day, citywide celebration of sport, competition, community, and the city Matchbox proudly calls home. When creating the 2023 race weekend theme, we took inspiration from all around us to create a series of custom illustrations and badges that celebrate Dallas’ most iconic landmarks. These designs became the foundation for the whole shebang: posters, signage, marketing, and even some super cool interactive medals. Every piece tells a story, and we had a blast putting it all together.
