Mill No. 3 is a new women’s clothing boutique focused on creating an authentic shopping experience with curated fashions that are classic, versatile and affordable.
Owner and curator Morgan Pennington tasked us with naming the store. She loved the idea of something very utilitarian, as her collection focuses on simple, handmade pieces with striking details. Mill No. 3 is a nod to the days when making quality clothing meant using quality materials that tell a story.
Mill No. 3 believes there is beauty in simplicity. We used hand-drawn patterns and a neutral color palette to both contrast and complement the modern typography. Hits of gold foil on all elements add a touch of sophistication, while hangtags double as business cards to illustrate the versatility of the brand.
