Log and Usage Data. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of theServices. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applicationsinclude a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal yourprivacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitoredand collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing andimplementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respondto DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicatesyour choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted thatwe must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revisedversion of this privacy notice.
10. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFICPRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia,you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
We will use and retain the collected personal information as needed to provide theServices or for:

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for abusiness or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. We will not sellor share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, andother consumers.
California Residents
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” lawpermits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once ayear and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any)we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names andaddresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in theimmediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would liketo make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contactinformation provided below.
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered accountwith the Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that youpublicly post on the Services. We willmake sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be awarethat the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all oursystems (e.g., backups, etc.).
CCPA Privacy Notice
This section applies only to California residents. Under the California ConsumerPrivacy Act (CCPA), you have the rights listed below.
The California Code of Regulations defines a “residents” as:

You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete yourpersonal information, we will respect your request and delete your personalinformation, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to)the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliancerequirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that may berequired to protect against illegal activities.

In accordance with applicable law, we are not obligated to provide or deleteconsumer information that is de-identified in response to a consumer request or to re-identify individual data to verify a consumer request.
Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights
We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.
Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not process consumer’s sensitive personal information.
Verification process
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you arethe same person about whom we have the information in our system. Theseverification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match itwith information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on thetype of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that wecan match the information you provide with the information we already have on file,or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) thatyou have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods asthe circumstances dictate.
We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identityor authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requestingadditional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannotverify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may requestthat you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity andfor security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally providedinformation as soon as we finish verifying you.
Other privacy rights
You may object to the processing of your personal information.
You may request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longerrelevant, or ask to restrict the processing of the information.
You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA onyour behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does notsubmit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf inaccordance with the CCPA.
You may request to opt out from future selling or sharing of your personalinformation to third parties. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will act uponthe request as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than fifteen (15) daysfrom the date of the request submission.

Verification process
We may request that you provide additional information reasonably necessary toverify you and your consumer’s request. If you submit the request through anauthorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identitybefore processing your request.
Upon receiving your request, we will respond without undue delay, but in all cases,within forty-five (45) days of receipt. The response period may be extended once byforty-five (45) additional days when reasonably necessary. We will inform you of anysuch extension within the initial 45-day response period, together with the reason forthe extension.
Right to appeal
If we decline to take action regarding your request, we will inform you of our decisionand reasoning behind it. If you wish to appeal our decision, please email us atinfo@matchboxstudio.com. Within sixty (60) days of receipt of an appeal, we willinform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal,
including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If your appeal isdenied, you may contact the Attorney General to submit a complaint.
