About the Role:

The Creative Producer is responsible for working with the Account Management team to oversee and facilitate the final production of all website and print collateral projects. This includes website planning and development (ranging from microsites to large-scale website builds) as well as print collateral execution. The Producer will serve as the link between creative teams, web developers, project managers, account managers, print vendors and clients.

The Matchbox Studio is a boutique design firm, so unlike at larger agencies, this position will work on many accounts, and provide multiple opportunities to build strong and rewarding relationships with our diverse client list. Understanding the goals of each of our clients, and working with them to identify challenges and opportunities will give the Producer a chance to play a role in the success of a wide variety of projects and project types.

General Roles & Responsibilities:

• Keep project schedules on track
• Identify and proactively resolve issues before they affect deliverable timelines or budgets
• Manage scope creep and budgets
• Successfully deliver projects on-time and within budget, ensuring all requirements are achieved
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Communicate change orders with sales and account team
• Maintain broad view of daily, weekly and monthly trafficking, so that work flow and individual workloads are managed
• Prioritize workload, while remaining accountable daily to multiple project leads

Website Production Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans and proactively monitor progress
• Gather functional requirements and record them in a formal build requirements document
• Work with internal team, account managers, and clients to gather content and assets
• Coordinate outside vendors / developers to ensure projects stays on schedule and within budget

Print Collateral Production Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with internal team, account managers, and clients to gather content and assets
• Oversee execution of print collateral with design team
• Work with internal team, account managers, and clients on print specs, estimates, and budget approvals
• Coordinate outside vendors to ensure projects stays on schedule and within budget

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in project management with proven results within digital products
• Previous experience with and knowledge of web design and development
• Experience working between internal creative teams and outside vendors
• Resourcefulness, persistence, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of web accessibility and SEO

What Gives You an Edge:

• Knowledge of graphic design principles UX, UI, and IxD
• Previous experience with custom WordPress websites
• Experience with front-end and back-end development
